For Crytech to set up your customized switch kit we need the following information: 1. Mailing address – including city, state and zip 2. Routing Number 3. Phone Number – to handle any switch kit questions.

Do our customers/members have to have a Direct Deposit or Automatic Payment (ACH) to use the Switch Kit?

Answer:

No, your customers/members can use the Switch Kit for transferring funds from a current account to a new account. They may switch their Direct Deposit and Automatic Payment (ACH) at the same time through the  Switch Kit, but this step is completely optional.
